It was a last minute to move my mother to California from the east coast and I just want to say working with Serra Highlands Senior Living has been wonderful. They were very supportive to the process which was what I needed since I was new to all of this. Plus being a single mother of 4 and working full-time I needed all the help and guidance I could get. Not only was this place affordable but the level of care my mom has received has been amazing. My mother is very happy and I feel we have a sense of community. The staff is wonderful. The food is great. The activities are very good. We picked this community because they have small houses, we liked the staff, and the people were more of a match for my loved one. We are happy with the community. They have a happy hour, and people that come in and sing on Saturdays. It's a pretty thriving community. There is no complaints, The staff is wonderful and very welcoming. In addition, they are remodeling the community.

We visited Serra Highlands Senior Living. It was nice. Everything was very clean, and the people were really friendly. The staff who gave the tour was amazing. She was really, really thorough, friendly, and competent. She's really good at what she did. They have lots of activities there, like arts and crafts type things. Some people were playing bingo and walking around. Everybody was very, very friendly.
